OBJECTIVES 目标

1.Supervise moulding process to ensure high quality product are made at the lowest cost in a timely manner
监督生产过程并确保产品高质量高效率的完成.

2.To coordinate all production requirement to all production personnel to support on time delivery
跟据生产需求调整所有生产人员,保证所有产品及时出货.

RESPONSIBILITIES  职责

1.Reports directly to Senior Production Supervisor
直接向上级汇报工作.

2.Organize the daily activities to ensure smooth operations
组织日常工作,确保顺利生产.

3.Provide appropriate training as well as maintaining and evaluating training records of production personnel
准备适当的练习来评估操作人员并记录.

4.Ensure product quality and production efficiency by close monitoring of production processes and implementing appropriate corrective actions (Form U, A, T)
密切关注生产过程并执行适当的纠正措施以确保产品的质量及生产效率.

5.Initiate the appropriate reaction plan for unstable or non-capable characteristics, and records specific action in the appropriate form (SPC)

6.Maintain and updates mould life and maintenance records
维修模具并进行记录

7.Enforce correct and safe work practices and maintain good housekeeping at all times
强制实施正确安全的操作并保持环境卫生.

8.Organize and distribute work to operator, material handler and technician on daily activities
组织和分配操作工.物料员及技术员的是常工作.

9.To initiate corrective actions and follow-up until resolved
采取纠正措施并跟踪到解决为止.

10.Follow-up on specific issues as advice by Senior Production Supervisor from time to tim
完成上级交代的任务.

AUTHORITY  权限

1.To stop production when product quality not conform to specification
当产品不能达到质量要求时有权停止生产.

2.To discipline and counsel his/her subordinates
有权训练和教育下属.

3.To down production mould for scheduled servicing and repairs
按计划对模具进行保养和维修

4.To make further improvement of the machine parameter setting and advice on the amendment of OI
不断的改进机器参数设置和建议更改OI

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE   资格 / 经验

1.Diploma with 2 to 4 years of relevant working experience
大专相关文凭及2-4年工作经验.

2.Trade Cert/Others with 7 to 8 years of relevant working experience
中专文凭及7-8年工作经验.
